We offer four tickets for the price of three. The discount will be applied at checkout.
Your receipt will be emailed to you following purchase and will include your order number and invoice.
Your tickets will be sent in a separate confirmation email. Check your spam folder if you can’t find your confirmation email. If you still can’t find it and need another copy, contact us at events@procuretex.com.
If you registered multiple people and entered your information at the beginning of the checkout process, your confirmation email will include all attendees who were part of your order. All attendees will also receive their individual confirmation.
We do collect VAT on ProcureTEX registrations.
Yes. Please email events@procuretex.com with your colleague’s name, email address, job title and whether they have any dietary or access requirements and we will substitute them in your place.

Tickets can only be purchased on the event website. We are anticipating a sell-out event and as such, would not recommend waiting until the day to book your place. We strongly advise registering in advance.

We regret we are unable to refund any delegate travel and/or accommodation costs that have already been incurred, or any administration charges relating to cancellation of travel tickets or accommodation.
Think tech casual – a fresh take on smart casual. It’s less formal than traditional business wear but still polished. Aim for something comfortable, practical, and reflective of the vibe: modern, energetic, and relaxed. Trainers are totally fine, but maybe leave the hoodie at home.
Yes – select sessions will be recorded and made available to attendees after the event. We’ll send a follow-up email with access details shortly after ProcureTEX wraps up.
Absolutely. Free Wi-Fi will be available throughout the venue – login details will be included in your joining instructions and available on-site.
Yes – your ticket includes refreshments throughout the day, including coffee breaks and lunch. We cater for a wide range of dietary requirements – please let us know when you register or email us at events@procuretex.com.
Yes – we’ll be using a dedicated event app to help you connect with other attendees, plan your day, and keep track of what’s on. Details will be shared in your joining instructions.
Yes – you’re free to come and go as needed. Just make sure you keep your badge with you for re-entry.
There is a cloakroom available where guests can leave coats, bags, and other personal belongings.

Yes, the venue is fully wheelchair accessible, with accessible lifts providing access to every floor.

If you would like a dedicated quiet room, this would need to be allocated from one of the breakout spaces. Alternatively, we could reserve a section of the second-floor landing (on the left-hand side) to create a quieter area for attendees.
